hi help..not so much
Welcome to the site. I agree it would be great to have that type of a set up, unfortunately that is just not possible with a program as versitile as WinMX. If you can take a moment to imagine the different set ups available out there.. for instance but not limited to
56k Dial up user, on Windows 98, secondary connection..
T3, on XP, with DSL modem/ nat capable, primary connection hosting..
If you set up you system as per the 56k user and your on a Broadband connection its going to be wrong.. and same goes for the T3 (yer right i know.. lol) connection setting up as a dial up user..
For that reason our guides are split into seperate sections so that you can pick and choose what you need to learn more about.. We are working on a more comprehensive Help section that should allow new users to find the help they need without already being a WinMX expert to locate it.. so hopefully this will help fill some of that in for the new folks just starting out.
Until then any thing your unsure about we are more then happy to answer posts about or direct you to the proper information on site ..
I for one appreciate your comments and hope that we can make things better with the new sections of help..
