Post Workaround: Uploads Timing out..

I am not having any trouble downloading (I am on a Cable connection) but I have noticed that anyone with less than a DSL connection is basically SOL...their connections are all timing out. I have had plenty of uploads from faster connected users.

Anyone notice this? Seems worse than "pre workaround". While it isn't affecting my useage, I do feel sorry for all of these people getting timed out waiting for a connection

I have my time maxed out for them but can't do more than that, can I?

Well for now I would say no there isnt alot we can do about this.  I wouild look at the ISP as a possibility but cant be sure.  When things get back to business as usual if your still noticing its a problem stop by our room and lets have a chat then about it..
