Using Nero to burn DIVX

Hi i am trying to burn a DIVX movie using my nero program, i get picture but no sound, how do i do it using nero????  thanks

why not give  burn for free a gd
this is a great lil app and totaly free that will burn dvd files divx files mp3 files and xvid files   and like i said its totaly free  u can find it here

So i tried the program, it burns onto a DVD but when i play it on my DVD player there is no picture, no sound it says data only, what am i doing wrong with the burn4 free ?

if u still have no sound but pic (is this on ur dvd player ?)
if so r u sure ur dvd player supports divx files ?
if it does then it sounds like u might have a codec missing from ur pc
i would say try something like   k-lite codecs pack (this is free also)

let me know how u get on

Can i convert the file that has my DIVX movie so i can burn and view it on my DVD player, I have Nero, is this feasible with Nero, i f so How??????  WHere can i get those free codec for the DIVX for the computer?  However when i view it on my PC i have sound and picture.

ok ur dvd player is not a divx player and this is why you cant view ur file

you need to convert your file to a dvd file

i use  convertxtodvd    i find this the easiest to use of all burning apps

if ur dvd player is divx then it should play your divx files ok

convertxtodvd   if u google it it should show  up for you

This seems like a good tool
I'm sorry I can't test it as my writer is down :(
Do tell how it is if you do try it though
It does support all types of dvd burning though...

I got a DIVX converter but it says i don' t have  AC3 filter is not installed on my system, where do i get that.

snapfiles.com doesn' t do it either, i have downloaded an AC3 filter and i am trying to burn it with nero, i will let you know how it turned out. Before when i would preview before burning on nero, i had no sound , now i do since i have the AC3 filter, we will see, i will let you know .

Hear ye hear ye, downloading the AC3 filter and using nero worked, i have sound and picture and it works on my DVD player.
