whois info will not disiplay when requested.

When I push the whois button in WinMX (3.54), the whois label with the username and question mark appears on the "toolbar".  but... even when I push it, the whois information is not displayed.  I have put the user in the hotlist box and tried from there, same result.  Thanks, in advance, for the help.  it worked till about a week ago.
It will not display thru MXMon, either.

mxmonitor hides the whois windows it opens (to avoid you constantly having them pop up), it could be that a bug is causing it to also hide the ones you are opening, have you tried with it disabled?

Right click the winmx icon in the taskbar and click on reset all windows.
If that still does not show, then right click the mxmoniter icon and click on toggle monitering...
