%DATE% problem
« on: January 01, 2008, 06:30:52 pm »
Hi there,
How do you get the %DATE% variable to be in DD/MM/YYYY format in Metis? It says it depends on system settings, and from what I can tell, my system settings are setup to that format, but it still displays in MM/DD/YYYY format.

Any ideas?

My system location is the UK, and the format here is DD/MM/YYYY, thats why I don't understand why it displays in MM/DD/YYYY?

Go to control panel>regional settings>click on the customise button in the regional options tab (next t0 the language). Go to the date tab and change the date to the format you want it in, ie DD/MM/YYYY

This should fix it...

Cheers :P

On Regional Settings the Advanced tab, I had to change it to English (United Kingdom).

Thanks though!
