Nothing much, except that the patch was unable to contact the update server for the blocklist. This usually goes away in a some time. This will not affect the functionality of winmx in any way....
You can search, chat, upload and download as usual...

Cheers :P
Reconnect to winmx with the blocking patch :)

you might find searching somewhat of a pain before it does go away.. if the blocklist fails to load, fake filtering will be inoperative, question: do you use peer guardian? if so it could be blocking you from connecting & i'd advise it's removal, the bluetack blocklists are worse than useless for winmx, & no real use for any other p2p application anyway...

Actually,

Patch Operational - Connection Error = Means WinMX was unable to connect and usually wont ever turn green.  This is usually because of a firewall blocking the program.  Remove WinMX from the allowed list in any firewalls you have and restart it letting it ask again for persmissions to connect.  If it doesnt ask when you restart please re-add this to allowed in the Firewall manually.
If you normally use another software firewall and have the XP one off, recheck the XP firewall to make sure its still off or configured to allow WinMX

Patch Operationa - Unable to check for updates = not able to connect to the server to check for an update and doesnt usually effect the actual operations of WinMX.
