DOUBLE IN WINMX

WHEN PEOPLE UPLOAD FROM ME  THEIR SELECTION APPEARS  TWICE IN MY QUEUE   AND I  HAVE NO IDEA WHAT IS CAUSING THIS TO HAPPEN


 CAN ANYONE HELP ME FIX THIS ISSUE ?

Usually this happens with WinMX v3.54 beta four.. and is due to you sharing a folder that contains other folders.  When you share the firest one it shares sub folders, then you go in and share the subfolder on its own.. making this version of WinMX see it as double the file.  The best way to fix this is to unshare everything thats doubled up. and reshare the indvidual folders instead.

ok can i reload another version ??   send me a link to version 3.51  that one never gave me any issues

if you go to www.winmxgroup.com & click downloads, you'll see one labelled various versions, this will give a choice of versions during install, alternatively opening the winmx program folder & deleting lib4.dat will clear all your shared files, you can then simply reshare them once.. a guide to sharing on 3.54beta4 is located here
