Whilst I,m sure many in the industry will want to portray a different story than the one painted here there's a well documented history to confirm or deny most of the claims made and on first reading it looks a clear cut case of big business ineptitude, only the reader can decide for themselve on this one whether its through fraud, malice , poor management or plain greed, one thing is certain of course, prices will rise.
