I am still a Netscape user (and a WinAmp user). I use old versions of both and am happier with them than any other browser or music-playing software I have tried since. I think people are far to eager to say "New version! Get it! It's better!" without considering that it will be more boged down in coding with things that they may never use.
I keep several browsers as backups for page testing, but I hae always prefered Netscape's layout and the fact that employs Profiles (an absolute MUST for me, keeping separate bookmak, history, password, and cache lists). Luckily I haven't needed any "support" with Netscape over the years, so this occurrence isn't going to have any real affect on me.
It is still a sad day to see one of the greats (and the only real competitor against IE in the beginning) going down.
