Piet van Dongen is being sued by Brien, says a p2pnet Reader’s Write. He’s being sued for linking to his own music.
Brien continues to threaten me with a lawsuit if I don’t remove the tracks. My own tracks! And I’m not even offering them for download, I’m just linking to my releases and streaming short clips (from external sources)!
I’m not the first one to be attacked in this way.
You have to ask how Brien miraculously seems to appoint itself as copyright cop of the internet, after all its a given fact the artist in this case has given them no permission to sue him on his own behalf , what drugs are these Brien folks smoking ?
