a question: can you tell me a working host file for win xp? the patch still crashes. If i use together a not working host file and the patch the crash is reduced, but still crash...

Yes this is an updated hosts file you place in :

C:\Windows\system32\drivers\etc   Rename your hosts file to 'original hosts' then place this into that folder.

Then you will need to do a dns flush
Start > Run then type  'cmd'
Then in the dos box type 'ipconfig /flushdns'

Then restart MX,, keep in mind the hosts files are not as fast as the .dll is, but should get you connected until the .dll is resolved.

with host file mx won't connect... i waited 5 minutes! it's normal?

curiosity: what is the technical problem that causes the dll to crash? (i'm a programmer, i can help -D

The exact casue is being looked into and the technical side of this is .. well over my head and not my deptment.. lol

try re-downloading the latest one (it was updated a few hours ago) - it has a small bug fix... if that solves it then i can tell you exactly why it crashed, if it doesn't then i don't know and it's back to the drawing board :-)
