I was just wondering what's changed on the latest dll file ? Is there a changelog or whatsnew.txt somewhere ? Thank you.

same as the previous change, a bug fix to try and prevent crashing, lol

No changes or updates to peer cache data and so on then ? Other than that I find the crash a great way of being sure when something's wrong with the portal server, lol.

the patch doesn't require fixed lists of peer caches, it is able to find whichever ones are online and working and use them - those using any version of my patch can connect just as well as those on the latest, it is only a few crashing bugs fixed... the same can not be said about those using hosts files with fixed peer caches in them.
