Hi Folks
I seem to be having a problem with certain people who download from me. Although I have my outgoing bandwith set at 2000 bytes per second (I am still using dial-up!!), when this minority start downloading from me they seem to be able to do it at 3500, which makes my downloads drop to zero. Am I being hijacked? I have noticed that some of those people seem to be able to get through my Que with amazing speed also.
