In all these recent cases I see no cross checks being made by the courts as to whether accusations made by the relevant music moguls, regarding individual users, are correct. We all know that glaring mistakes have been made in the past. Sloppy laws won't get respect from anyone, least of all p2p users. It's another case of those with big bucks trying to have their own way and buy so called justice. Let's hope the courts see how weak their case is.
