This is the real news folks don't be misled by anything the RIAA, BPI or MPAA claim, politicians in the EU region have made it clear for the 3rd time running that disconnecting anyone from the net for political or commercial reasons is wrong and likely illegal

In the lower link you,ll find clearly laid out are the terms adopted and these include freedom to use the net as a tool for learning and free speech as well as providing a method of ensuring democratic transparency and protection from illegal interception and monitoring of data without due cause or legal oversight of a judge, also any commercial reasons for denying the net to EU citizens are not deemed valid or proportionate.

3 strikes is a dead duck in the EU region then, I urge any government in the EU to try it and then we can test the law when they are forced to apologise and compensate the victim of their commercial censorship agenda.

Hmm excellent news. One interesting news read, im just looking forward to the PB articles next. Seems their are a lot of precedents being set with Internet law at the moment.
