I can't download music!

I am getting very frustrated. I cannot download any music and when I do the highest it dowloads at is like 2,500. When it use to download at 44,000. What can I do to fix this proble. Most of my downloads turn red and it always says waiting for incoming connection. Please help me.

Couple of things I would like to know..

What type of internet connection do you have?
What patch are you using to get WinMX connected?
