Consistently 6 u/l from me but Ino d/l to me - HELP!!

Please can someone help?  Is it to do with my bandwidth throttles which are set to 100,000,000 and 50,000,000 (according to all web advice)?  Does the new patch affect this?  Also my connection speed.  I'm supposed to be on 4MB from Homechoice , so I install as T3, but usually ADSLguide speed test shows me getting around 400KB, occasionally I get up to 1.5MB.

Should I adjust these settings?

I am fed up with seeing my top window inactive and my bottom window busy with people getting my files.

The Dll patch will not effect your upload or download speeds, its only allowing connection and blocking the RIAA from the network.

This should help you with your download speeds, also if its a big problem you might consider changing your uploads to limit of 3 for now.  This will give more bandwidth to your downloads and hopefully get you some speeds and connection to get better..
