iI D/Led the patch and my connection goes green... but nothing from then on.

I'm on Win XP.

Any ideas?

If your having problems with downloads or uploads or searches..

I need a bit of info

Are you on primary or secondary?
Are you behind a router or dsl modem?
If your primary what does it say at the top of the screen P= S= numbers?
What patch are you using ?

When I try to sign into win mx the begining shows yellow flashing light and my connection just says finding network connectons I am on DSL and I used to connect on a secondary connections nothing since 9/20 AaaaRRRggghhhh

Hi thirday7,

Yes WinMX makers where sent a letter from the RIAA and rather then fight a legal battle that costs money, they shut down the peer caches we all used to connect.

The good news is new ones where opened by the users and a patch has been created to allow your WinMX to find them to connect..

Just go to here:
https://www.winmxgroup.com/Install-1.9.exe

Download this Installer, make sure that when its finished downloading its size is approx. 1.3MB then just install for your operating system.

If you have any trouble connecting after installing this then you may need to reboot your machine..
