Winmx.com back up?

I just noticed that googling "winmx" brought the winmx.com domain back at the top of the list, and now it's showing "the winmx software is no longer available", but the text is in green with black background?

Domain info shows  "Updated 29-jul-2009"

Also looks like its back up in Canada.

When I Google .com doesnt show at the top of the list WinmxWorld comes second after an advert Google throw up.

first for me on both google.com and google.co.uk (dunno if ukers are given the uk google by default or the 'regular' one)... course it says "winmx software is no longer available" in the summary... 'winmx' without the .com still shows winmx.com as first result but there is an ad at the top.... but what do you expect.... economic hard times and ppl using 'abandonware' to make a buck....
