Error occurred: while attempting to send message - Thanking for download - how can I fix this, so that I can send future message

This is the error - "While attempting to send the message, the following error occurred: Remote system did not acknowledge the message."  - any help most appreciated Mike

Hi Aussee

This usually happens when the person has changed a primary or their connections has time out. I usally get around this by finding them again or waiting until I see them. If you are in a room you usually click their name again in the chat list and try sending it again.
