no route to host

the last two days,i occasionally get the errow message"no route to host"when im trying to download from someone.it gets to 'connecting remote user"then dissconnects and gives the error message i spoke of at the begining.this has never happened to me before yesterday,im using winmx.3.54 beta4 OS xp pro,any help most welcome,thanks

Is this an on an Opennap file your trying to get, or Opennap user?

I will look into the possible causes, but most of the information I have found so far is regardeing OpenNap servers..
