Can't download large JPG (etc) pic files.

Why can't I download large JPG or other pic type files?  Anything over 32KB is instantly placed in que and then not allowed/disconnected.  This has happened the entire time I've used WMX (from earliest version to 3.0)  I don't upgrade often, cause I hate breaking something that's working (even if it's not running the smoothest.)

- What make of firewall you have (none)
- Router brand and model ???
- Any WinMX add-ons installed      (none)

this is because there is a queue of people waiting to get files from that user, you have to wait your turn just like everyone else

I could accept that, except that I've never been allowed to download pic files larger than 32K.  I've downloaded videos (over 32K) and smaller pics from the same person, but anything over 32K is instantly denied (even if it was selected first.)  It doesn't matter if they don't have anyone else in their que.  Any other thoughts would be appreciated.

erm, sounds like the best thing for you to do is go in to the winmxworld.com chat room and do a test with someone in there...

I suspect the automatic start function is the reason why your smaller files are always allowed to continue without queing.

Any file under 33k is allowed to bypass the que and I believe this is for allowing Open-Nap files of around 32k to be rapidly obtained rather than an unecessary wait for such a small file.

This obviously does not apply to the larger files and we await your visit to the chatroom to test out a few ideas.
