Folks many of you know the p2p news site P2PNet and its writer/owner Canadian Jon Newton, today he has posted up the sad news that he cannot afford to operate his news site any longer as he has no advertising, this has been going on for a long while now after most of his main advertisers where sued into oblivion by the cartel and Jon was only able to stay online thanks to one anonymous benefactor, since last years financial troubles took hold he lost that single benefactor and has been scrabbling to find new advertisers, it seems he has failed in his mission to keep the news site up and as a mark of respect I would ask all of you who can to make your way over their and post up a word of thanks for the steady stream of p2p news stories he has delivered, ten years of Anti Cartel reporting deserves at least that I think.
