Partial downloads vanishing

My partial downloads have been mysteriously dropping off my download screen.  I have the option to clear partial downloads unchecked.  This seems to happen intermittently and when it does it also changes the  auto enter queue and auto find sources to never. 

This seems to have started ever since my Zone Alarm Security Suite went sideways and needed a reinstall.  I elected to remove ZASS and installed AVG free instead.

Do I need to reinstall WINIMX ?

Uninstall then try reinstalling but make sure that you delete the winmx folder in your c/programme files 1st .....also make sure that in your settings its pointing to the correct download folder if you are using vista it is best you create a new folder as the default seems to have problems sometimes due to the default music folder name that winmx selects by default.
