Despite being ordered to pay all costs, AFACT says it will now go back to court in an attempt to avoid paying them.
Groups such as AFACT regularly lobby their governments to find new ways of forcing their operating costs onto the tax paying public, this is a great day for joe public as it clearly demonstrates that such groups are not interested in protecting artists rights or any of the other "blather" they trot out with to the politicians, no they simply wish to stifle competition and enforce the monopoly that sees many talented folks unable to monetize their work because the Cartel groups have all the decent platforms to reach the public and control 96% of all global music disk production, thus virtually forcing many folks to sign away their work to these copyright parasites, lets hope a fresh view is taken next time such groups go begging for public money or further anti consumer regulation, they cant be trusted and nor should they be.
