Trunk 2005
« on: January 21, 2010, 12:33:52 am »
Hi All,
I've saved the Trunk 2005 file into a folder but when I click to run it I get the message "The compressed (zipped) Folder is invalid or corrupted".

Can you help please?  :)

Try downloading it again into the same folder, this sometimes happens when the file is not fully downloaded , when it asks simply overwrite the existing broken file and all should be ok.

Hi Ghostship - I have downloaded the Trunk File many times.

When it asks:-
Do you want to open or save the file - I select 'Save'. When I double click on it, thats when the 'Folder is invalid...." message comes up.

Have you tried saving it to different locations? Sometimes the folder can be messed up. Try and save it to your desktop and run it from there.

Yes Omega, I tried saving it to different folders & the desktop.

(The Trunk File I'm downloading is from the Tutorial section of WinMx).

Thanks anyway. I'll keep trying the "Trim 10k from end of File...." on WinMx option.

Maybe you can try a different download location. I have put the file up on my server. I know this might not make a difference, but it is worth a try.

You can download it from the attachment or the website listed above.

Just to make melody feel less stupid, I found the files downloaded with IE from this site not correct. only getright or firefox seems to work for me.
