hmm my 2297 songs are in the library but i cant connect

was on the other day computer crashed and now i havent been able to get back on used pie patch and this new patch tried deleting then putting winmx back on tried 1.9patch to no avail email bulltrout30@yahoo.com any ideas please help

I have a step by step post for you to read and maybe print so that you can follow the directions easy.
Often with the use of more then one type of fix and with removing WinMX in order to attempt to reconnect things can get sorta messed up.  So this is step by step how to get your system to original working order then install the 1.9 patch.
