Pete get the file from here:
https://www.winmxgroup.com/Make sure to download the Version 1.9.
When its complete make sure the size of the file says 1.3MB.
Redownload it if its not that size.
If it is then just install for your operating system.
You should be able to get a secondary or primary connection just fine.
