Patch 1.9 installation file doesn't work?

I have downloaded it 20 times.
EVERY time I get an NSIS error saying "the insaller is corrupted..."  The suggested /ncrc switch doesn't work either - any clues?

OK now - 21st time worked - you have to keep trying!

QUESTION
Does the installer only install 3.54 plus the new dll?

Or does it do something else - as well?

The installer will install a WinMX v3.54 beta 4 if you choose the XP/2000 operating system and the ws2_32.dll patch to fix your connection for WinMX.

That is it.

The ws2_32.dll has as one of its functions a block list for Flooding IPs of the RIAA to help protect you and the network from them.

That is the extent of what you get..
