Purple is OK! It just means that there are more people in front of you getting files off of the same person you are. Purple is GOOD. Red is BAD. You will be fine as long as it stays purple. All you have to do is sit back and relax. You can try and send a message to them and ask for a start. They may or may not start you.

Send a message to the user name that is in your transfers screen under the track or title.  If you dont see the names of the users there then you will see a
  • sign next to the track or title, click this and it will show a list of the folks that your waiting on files from.

Um not sure if your asking about Queued Locally or not, but incase anyone is wondering what that means.

Queued Locally means that you have exceeded your own settings for how many running downloads you would like to run at the same time.

This message is more of a royal blue color.

You can avoid this by going to your WinMX Settings > Queuing > Max Total Downloads.

You may also notice the number there to set the Max Total Downloads from one person.  You will also get the Queued Locally if you exceed this number as well.

Hope that helps some one out there..

I can connect but after every enter the program sits and states it is not responding.  Eventually it runs again, is there something that I can do or not do that will make this respond faster???  Thanks I love you all for the effort  and amazing results...... Thanks

Hey sanccf

Welcome to the site!

This sounds like your WinMX is using a very high amount of CPU, or memory.  Now this may be other programs your running that are actually using the most and having the two together is causing problems .. maybe.

So first off are you on a primary or a secondary connection?
How much Ram does your computer have and what OS do you have?
What type of patch did you choose to fix your WinMX to connect?

There are some adjustments that can be made to help with this but it will depend on what programs your running with WinMX and your system.
