I was looking at unread posts, after reading, they was still on the unread list, no matter how many times i looked at them,
refreshed page, logged out & back in, went away abd come back 2hrs later & still same posts there,
tried the "mark all posts as read" button,
i got:

i did log out and back in, went off and come back & logged in, the read unread posts are still there, lol.

force a refresh (ctrl+r or shift+r -- it differs from one browser to the next) or clear the browsers cache....

...ive been noticing this one too and the forced refresh fixes it for me...
