A new service bound to make movie studios sweat with worry has opened its doors recently. Called Tube+ the website is really a cross between BitTorrent, cyberlockers and video streaming. The unicity of the service that comes from it being a file-sharing hybrid platform allows its users to stream the latest movies and TV-shows directly from their browser, have access to BitTorrent files, file-hosting services like RapidShare but also eMule.Another noteworthy aspect guaranteed to attract plenty of users is the fact Tube+ is backed up by The Pirate Bay. The mighty file-sharing site placed a link to Tube+ next to their torrent and magnet links. On the plus side Tube+ also provides IMDb ratings for movies and lets you search for content based on genre or the release year but on the down side it’s rather swarming with ads. However, the site will most certainly appeal to many streaming fans and file-sharers altogether.
