hi, trying to help a user in the dutch section i discovered that the language directory of the archive does not offer the download of them but it offers the opened txt page, now i know how to get those files but a newby might not, maybe its a good idea to change the mime type on those files?

Those mime settings would have to be applied to the client, not the server.

Taking out "txt" from it's mime types gives you all sorts of problems otherwise.

What we *could* do is zip them up probably and offer them as zip files.

Just need to find someone to do that...

well a real newby would possibly have trouble unwrapping too

maybe a "TIP line" at the top of that directory would be sufficiant like "right click to download" ?

it would also save someone some time wrapping all

Hi,after getting my computer re-built & then re-installing Winmx(ver 3.5.3.0)on windows xp
I go to Search & eg Kathy Kirby & it shows up a lot of foreign languages & a few Artists that does not relate to Kathy Kirby.
I reset the languages to English & shut down the program & restarted it again & the same problem is still there.
Can you please assists

Hi smith,

the winmx wetwork is being attacked.
One of the effects is that the search responses are mixed up.

To combat this, we suggest parking in rooms of similar interests and browsing users, or trying opennap.
There's a few opennap tutorials in the tutorial section.
