ive looked into this, you actually just disable the boot check in bios and it will allow you enable grub, not too scary for most linux heads. But in doing so you weaken the Microsoft system blah blah crap they said and its a feature to stop boot time virus's.
In my honest opinion, this is a feature to stop the current circumvention of windows7 by stopping the boot time process that declares the windows 7 legitimate. And microshafts usual oh damn it might bugger up a competitor. Oh dear what a shame bull crap. I give it another few weeks, and windows 8 loader/keygen/whatever will be about and some poor sod will be getting the sack at M$ HQ. And linux boffins will have worked out a way to get grub to shove a finger up their blocking software's A hole.
Has anyone fired up windows 8 yet? I couldn't get winmx to work on it BTW. But nor could i get micrsoft office 2003-2010 each version gave different errors. And jesus is it god damn ugly...! doesnt look like too much of a step up for me to consider another £100+ bills.
