Hi,
I have some small text files, lyrics to some of the MP3s i have.
I am getting a constant stream of users trying to UL 1 in particular.
The common thread, they all have 0 files to share and between 50 and 200 slots, with 0 to ~130 used.
They have all been online for up to 10 mins.

I use MxMoni, i ignore under min 50 files but dont really want to use the slot use  ignore settings.
However they dont get the UL, they stick yellow and never seem the clear.
Some are not even connected when i check.

Is this to do with the spies trying to clog me up, ispose I could be misssing trades if they are stuck there, but I don't think I am.

Just an odd thing really.

Its important to note that this is not a connection, because they never actually upload, they all time out.  Its also interesting to note that when i renamed my RIAA Mash Up - Prank Phone Call.mp3 to Creed, Evanesence, Pitt Bull, and other various atists names .. they queued for that also..*wishes they could have gotten that one ..grins*.  I also experimented with .zip, .pdf. ogg, wma, mpeg, avi..etc.. and the same results.

I have my moni running set to ignore of less then 1 file and it works fine.  Its also interesting to note that they wont try for this if your upload slot are full.

Seems just another way to disrupt and make folks come to places like this one and ask "what the heck am I doint wrong?"  Answer is nothing and just ignore them.. your Iggy list will fill up fast when your running Moni but oh well... :roll:

I'll go look at that when I've got more time.

One thing I didn't say was I allow auto UL for files of 4Mb or less.
Perhaps I should stop that, but it seems a good way to let small files go quickly.
