WINMX Bot not wpn connecting even after patching

I am trying to use MX Bot from King Macro, I think it would be easier for me to use until I get better at bots and everything. I have read the posts on getting it correctly patched. I downloaded the pached Nushi chat. I copied and pasted the exe there into my WINMXBOT program files folder. I downloaded the patch ws2_32.dll for bots and placed that into the WINMXBOT program files folder. However it still will not connect. Any idea's or suggestions? Thank you for any help you can give me.

Can you get it to enter the chat room? I'm not familiar with this bot, the first bot i ever used was MXControl

very simple and also quite limited on what it can do. Basically just responses to words, no onenter type of stuff, as far as i can remember (could be wrong)

No I have to get the wpn to bring up the channel list to be able to connect to the room. I will try that bot. Thank you.

I've tried that one. I can never figure out how to work it. That's why I chose WINMXBOT. They patched it years ago. But I think when they came out with the new patch a few years back they didn't patch it again with a new cache. I'm hoping someone can tell me how to do that. I'm not sure it can be done. I fixed the issue. I have Virtual XP on my laptop. I installed the MXBot the way i described before. Connected within seconds. Thanks guys
