Connecting problems

Hello everyone. I am getting desparate, I have done everything that has been suggested but still cannot get into WinMX. PLEASE can somebody help me. I am running Windows XP through a router with a firewall.

if you are using the standard XP firewall, get sygate or a similar firewall and turn the Xp firewall off as this is a known issue, zone alarm firewall will stop you if you are trying to host, or rather stop people entering your room, this is another known issue. you could even try changing the prorts from 6699 to something elase as some ISP's block these to stop file sharing, i dont know anything about routers, sorry...

Problem with a lot off this is .Computers are plugged up with cookies,adware,spyware,old files. I only have a problem people trying to upload from me if your comp has not been cleaned of these adwares ,cookies,spyware. nothing can make it work.anyone wanting adware i have a free copy will send you .very easy to use and sure cleans up your system .want it =email me .gusmorrison@shaw.ca. just ran mine no adware or others on my puter it is clean.please try this.Gus

I got this adware remover from an exec of my cable company that has called me long distance and is calling again today he is sure trying to help me with winmx. kevin campbell lives in manitoba. i sure had a page of crap on my puter gone now.working great with morpheus,and limewire.lets get winmx going .merry christmas Gus and Mary.
