A US federal judge in the District of Columbia has ruled that the
National Security Agency's (NSA's) phone metadata gathering program
violated the Constitution. US District Judge Richard Leon's ruling
applies only to the case's two plaintiffs. The data collection program
is scheduled to end on November 29.
