Patti Page, the estates of Count Basie, Les Brown, Benny Goodman, Woody Herman, the Mills Brothers, and Sarah Vaughn, and possibly other artists claim the major label "pervasively and systematically breached" agreements by using accounting tricks. They claim they're owed $6.07 million plus attorney's fees and damages.
What a low trick this is to steal from artists or their relatives after being rewarded for their investment many times over during an artists career, Universal should be ashamed of themselves
