yes, download apploc.msi from Microsoft

we also have files you can add to your winmx for other languages however, it doesnt allow both english and the language it only supports the language you install..

I downloaded the program from Microsoft... will that allow me to read what is listed in another's shared folder? If so, how do I set it up?

if you don't understand the language it is written in then you can't read it even with the correct languages configured - however if the filename is in another language that you don't understand, chances are the file content is also a language you don't understand so not too much use to you
