Why is it that I can host, but I can't go on the chat room on winmx?

Early when I got WCS I was able to host my room and go in and chat with friends, but once I had to reboot my computer it did not allow me to go back in the room anymore, its like its completely blocked or something...x.x What should I do to fix it? ;-; I need help!!!!

I would like to know how I can fix WCS so I would be able to host and go in the room with winmx x.x.;;;;
