why dont anybody do somthing?

No. People have the right to host whatever room they want. You dont own a roomname, you just use it.

Nobody does anything, because there's nothing that can be done.. all covered by that warning/disclaimer everyone dismisses without reading about winmx chat being unmoderated.

Best you can do if your room gets cloned, is to have a quiet polite word with whoever is hosting the clone, & see if you can work out a compromise between you regarding the name.
