hi i just recently installed 3.54 and i can't get a channel list now
i'm runnin on primary connection also using peerguardian also it seems to be effectin my downloads/uploads

if someone could help i'll be extremely greatful:)

Be sure all ports are forwarded in your routers/dsl modems, firewalls, and that WinMx is set to listen on port... and send and recieve on port... In Settings > Incoming TCP and IN/out UDP..

I have taken your advice about making sure the ports are open and on, but even like that I only receive about 13 channels tops is there anything else i can do to make the list appear or show up or whatever you want to call it

It sounds like your ports are still not open for the Primary to work properly.

There may be other applications you have set or some other issues causing it to be blocked.

My best advice is to come by the Help Channel and let us give you live help and test your uploads.

You can just copy and paste this into the filter even if we are not one of the 13 on your list of channels

if he gets a few channels the ports are open. Are you sure you have a fast enough connection for a primary connection?

actually, many routers will forward ports automatically for hosts he has sent a UDP packet to recently, so that isn't always the case (although getting more than one or two rooms as a result of that would be uncommon, it can happen) - but the first thing to check with any UDP issues like that would be if is forwarded correctly
