Well S=0 indicates ports either blocked, or not forwarded, the issue is most commonly router having not been set to forward them, or your private (LAN) ip changing because you didn't take the time to set a static one, resulting in your router trying to forward to what has become the wrong ip, I'd recommend a visit to
www.portforward.com, & run through the entire procedure for your specific hardware, to recheck all is set properly.
