Google has filed a patent for voice assisted searches...

Google is back in the news again after it emerged that the firm recently filed a patent for technology which could lead to voice-assisted search.

Patent no 7027987, which was published on the US Patent and Trademark Office website on Tuesday, is for a "voice interface for a search engine".

This is an interesting development, i like this idea of giving my pc instructions, kinda like Startrek, sure will make porn faster to find, ay KM?

but if they have voice activated searches - think of the uses... you could pretend you understood what i was talking about, because every word i said that was too complicated for you you'd automatically get search results explaining it when you said "what does 'telnet' mean? stupid complicated words..."
