I was thinking about buying an Ipod Nano. I was wondering if I could use all the songs I have downloaded from winmx to put on the ipod. ( In other words will it work? )

I don't want to spend a fortune on an ipod, and find out I cant play any of my songs on it, and then not be able to return the ipod.

i don't own one, but i don't see that there is any reason that they would not allow you to use mp3 files on them...

Well I know that an Ipod is supposed to come with Itunes service or something, and they talk about using those files on the Ipod, I dont want to have to redownload all my songs you know.

You can put songs that you have downloaded from WinMX onto your Ipod. I have done it before. It is easyer if you get ITunes and just move all the songs to ITunes just like WinAmp and Windows Media Player.

How to do this:
1. Download QuickTime+ITunes
2. Install it
3. Click FILE
4. Click ADD FOLDER TO LIBRARY
5. Select the folder that has your songs in it
6. Click OK
7. Wait till the files have loaded
8. Plug in IPod ( the files should automatically upload to the IPod )

That is what I did.

If any of this is incorrect please let me know and I will do some more research.
