See, I saw that, and it occurred to me to wonder just exactly how that would be enforced, as in, who would have the legal authority to go after someone. Usually it had to be the record company of the artist who did it. Now that they're making it a federal crime, the government can do it instead. THis is actually a lot worse, as now one entity is able to enforce every aspect of this law for anything they choose.
