the uploads working indicate that inbound TCP is working correctly, the lack of search results or a channel list indicates that UDP is not working correctly.
Generally speaking if you forwarded TCP correctly then setting up the UDP is the same process, the only likely error is perhaps overlooking a setting when selecting protocol for the forwarding? (ie leaving it to the default TCP instead of selecting UDP)
