I have a bunch of files I am trying to download from open nap. I can't get them to que up so I put them into auto retry. That is all they do is cycle thru in auto retry. Maybe once in a while they que up. I am using 3.54b.

Keep in mind that those files will only download or que from the original source, Opennap doesnt support multisource downloads. Its a great source for rare files and things you dont find on the WPN, but it can also be hard to finish files if those original sources go offline..

I realize that about wether that paticular file is there. My problem is getting queued up in the 1st place. I have a friend that messages me to que up and all I can tell him is it's stuck in auto retry and there is nothing I can do about it. I have been trying to tell as many people as I can about the patch. I even put in my message box

Well admittedly I am not the best person to ask about the OpenNap stuff.. let me look into this auto retry stuff and see what i can find out about it for you .. let you know here when i can..

More Misinformation.
While it is true that opennap does not support multisource downloads (the simutanious downloading of the same file from multiple users), You can STILL resume that incomplete download from another user that may have a copy of that same file! Or even resume it if the person you were originally downloading from comes back online...Anyway, the main point is: Even if the "original source" went offline, you CAN finish that file!

Thank-you guest for you post, although a little arogant, as me_here did say she isnt really the person to be responding to this. Thank-you for your imput but this is a site that is run by people that give up their own free time to respond to peoples questions. And as i am the nap moderator normally myself or samseesam will jump in and give some advice or anyone else is free to if they can but most of us have jobs and yes a life. You seem to have abit of knowledge on the subject why dont you join the site maybe your knowledge could be invaluable to someone. But again thank-you for you help and advice Guest.

My apologies..There was no malicious intent on my part.
As far as the not being able to que issue, some clients do not seem to always be compatible ie: winmx users have a hard time queing on lopster users and perhaps a user with audiognome or X-nap cant que on a winmx user. This is very common.
