unicode wrapper

I tried to update winmx with the lastest patch.

I got the following error msg:

"uniocode wrapper not found: unicodes.dll"

i unistalled winmx,
  reinstalled winmx and still get the same msg.

I have a system with windows 98 SE.

Anyone have any suggestions?

do you have unicode support installed on the system? don't believe winmx should need it and then patch doesn't, but if it's got a unicode error...

ok, i got the unicows.dll file from microsoft,

but where to i place this file?

system32 directory should be fine, or the winmx directory if you want to keep it local to winmx
